Two services. The same personal attention.

FAST PREPARATION. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.

Move the paperwork.
Know the timing.

Fast does not mean rushed.
It means organized, experienced and ready for the next step.

3–5 business days

Your complete document package.

Typically prepared within 3–5 business days after we receive all requested information and documents. Required case steps, complexity and payment status can affect timing.

You review and sign. We handle filing and court follow-up.

Judgment work begins only after your full account balance is paid.

PREPARATION · OUR DOCUMENT WORK
FOUR MILESTONES. ONE CLEAR PICTURE.

Fast paperwork.
A clear understanding of time.

Fast does not mean rushed—or incomplete.

We organize your information, prepare the documents and check for completeness and accuracy. Human review helps catch missing details and preventable errors before anything is filed.

You review your drafts and confirm the information.
California’s six-month minimum still applies.

It limits when a divorce can end your marriage—not when we can prepare documents or the court can approve a judgment. The waiting period does not start simply because you hire us.

Understand the judgment and final date
Using installments? Know when judgment work starts.

Your entire account balance must be zero before any judgment preparation, assembly, review, quality control, finalization or submission begins. That includes authorized outside costs. We explain the payment requirements before you start.

DIFFERENT PAPERWORK. THE SAME ATTENTION.

Choose your service.
Keep the support.

Experienced preparation. Human review. Court follow-up. Included corrections to covered work. More than forms—help getting the paperwork right.

Do I need to call before I apply?

No. Choose your service and begin online. If you want to talk through how our document service works first, schedule a call. You do not need to have every form figured out before contacting us.

When do I pay?

For Super Fast’s online paid-in-full service, the $1,799 Stripe payment is collected at the end of the detailed application—not the introductory form. Complete starts with a no-payment inquiry; our team provides the agreement and payment steps for enrollment. Prefer monthly installments? Contact the office before enrolling.

What happens after I send the first application?

For Super Fast, the introductory form leads to detailed questions, service documents and payment. The first Complete application collects your initial information without payment or a contract signature. Receipt alone is not acceptance, a court filing or court approval.

How do you help avoid court-rejected paperwork?

We prepare and human-review your covered documents for completeness and accuracy, using your information and directions. That careful check helps catch missing details and preventable errors before filing. You review the drafts too. The court makes the final decision; no service can guarantee approval. How technology supports our human review.

Do you file with the court and serve the papers?

Yes, covered filing and service coordination are part of the service. We e-file where available, explain court-required alternatives, coordinate covered service of papers within the U.S., and follow up on court responses. Court fees and other outside costs are separate unless included in your agreement.

Can you help me with court filing costs?

Yes. Preparing your court fee-waiver request is included in both Super Fast Divorce® and Complete Divorce™, at no additional service charge. Tell us before filing if court fees are a concern. We prepare the request using your information and directions; the court decides whether you qualify and which fees it will waive. A court fee waiver does not cover Fast Divorce’s service fee or every outside cost. Read the court’s fee-waiver guidance.

What if the court asks for a correction?

Court-requested corrections to the paperwork covered by your package are included at no additional service charge. We explain what is needed, coordinate any information with you, make the correction and handle the filing follow-up. Client-requested draft revisions follow your package allowance. New decisions, added work or changes in scope are discussed and priced separately before you approve them.

Can I do this from my phone?

You can apply, share information, review documents and message us through your client app from your phone. No routine office visit is required. Particular signatures, notarization, service or court requirements may need a different step; we explain those when they apply.

Will I need to go to court in person?

We work remotely with clients throughout California. If your case needs a court appearance, we help coordinate the remote-appearance steps where the court permits them. Court rules apply, and the judge may require an in-person appearance. You remain self-represented; we do not appear as your attorney.

What if I have already filed or my spouse will not sign?

Already filed? The court record must show you are self-represented. Existing cases with upcoming hearings are outside our intake scope. Contact us before applying if your petition was amended or the case is approaching or past five years. A spouse who will not participate is different from a contested dispute; legal advice, strategy and representation require an attorney. Check the already-filed requirements.

Can I use a payment plan?

Monthly installments are available through the office. The Super Fast online application is for paid-in-full service. The entire account balance, including authorized outside costs, must be zero before any judgment preparation, assembly, review, quality control, finalization or submission begins.

Can my judgment be approved before the six months are over?

Yes, it can. The court may approve a judgment with a future date ending your marriage. You remain legally married until that date. California’s minimum six-month waiting period does not prevent us from preparing the paperwork or the court from approving a judgment earlier. Approval and processing time remain up to the court. Legal separation does not have that same six-month waiting period.

Are you attorneys?

No. Fast Divorce is a registered Legal Document Assistant service. You make your legal decisions and represent yourself; we provide document assistance at your specific direction. For legal advice or representation, speak with an attorney. Find legal help.

YOUR NEXT STEP DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A GUESS.
