The details, in a separate agreement.
We type and format your agreed terms into a Separate Settlement and Confidentiality Agreement (SSCA), at your specific written direction. Both spouses review and sign it.
Human. Simple. Finished.™
The name does not make your divorce private, confidential or sealed. Courts control public access and what must be filed.
Confidential Divorce™ is Fast Divorce’s proprietary service name. The ™ marks an unregistered service name—not a promise of a private court record or a particular privacy result.
Required financial disclosures and court filings still apply. A separate agreement does not, by itself, keep settlement terms or financial details out of the court record.
Privacy-forward handling and private-structuring support where California law and court processes allow.

“They were always a message or phone call away for any questions I had.”
“I always knew exactly what was happening and what the next steps were.”
“I truly felt supported and informed the whole time.”
You already know your agreed terms. This upgrade adds the work of preparing them in a separate agreement and coordinating the related judgment paperwork—where the court allows.
We type and format your agreed terms into a Separate Settlement and Confidentiality Agreement (SSCA), at your specific written direction. Both spouses review and sign it.
Where accepted, the public stipulated judgment uses a shorter structure and references the separate agreement. Required orders, findings and information still belong in the court paperwork.
We organize the agreement and covered judgment documents together, share drafts in your client app, and prepare them for your review and signatures. You make the legal decisions; the court decides what it accepts.
The SSCA may stay outside the initial judgment package only where court processes allow. If the court requires it to be filed, lodged or otherwise included, that requirement controls. Additional SSCA-submission preparation is separately quoted—not included in either flat fee.
The value is in the preparation: organizing your agreed directions, coordinating two sets of documents, and giving you a clear place to review them with the team.
Understand the Complete serviceProperty descriptions, debt arrangements and payment terms may require careful organization. We type and format the terms you direct—not create, negotiate or recommend them.
Drafts and approvals are organized in your client app. Both spouses review and sign. Requested changes follow Complete’s combined revision allowance.
Preparation and coordination within the accepted scope. No attorney advice, secrecy guarantee, sealing motion or promise about what a judge will accept.
It is never automatically selected. You can use Complete without buying the upgrade. The accepted work and signed terms control.
Accepted Complete document work, human review, covered filing and follow-up, client-app support, and up to three combined rounds of requested draft changes.
Or 3 payments of $999 · $2,997 total.
Monthly enrollment is arranged with our office.
Separate agreement preparation and coordinated judgment work within the accepted upgrade scope.
Not charged at Complete enrollment. The $995 invoice is issued through your client app after both spouses sign the rider.
These are combined totals—not a single checkout charge. Complete follows its own payment schedule. The upgrade is paid separately in full.
Court fees, outside costs and separately authorized work are additional. Any extra preparation required to submit the SSCA or its terms to court is outside both flat fees. No additional work begins without the applicable written authorization.
Your entire account—including authorized outside costs—must have a zero balance before any judgment preparation, assembly, review, quality check, finalization or submission. Paying the upgrade invoice does not remove that requirement. Your signed agreement and non-waivable rights control.
You understand the work before committing. Both spouses take part, and your team keeps the document process organized.
Ask a service question

You can ask about the service without purchasing it. Choosing a legal arrangement deserves advice specific to your circumstances.
We review whether the work fits a suitable, uncontested Complete matter. Both spouses must provide the required participation and signatures. A service-scope review is not legal advice or court approval.
The court controls what belongs in its record. A separate agreement can still need to be disclosed or filed. An attorney can advise on the consequences and whether this arrangement is appropriate for you.
Message the team through your active client app or contact our office. Interest does not change your existing scope or create a charge. We first confirm timing, participation and service fit.

What you pay for. What the court controls. What to ask before you choose.
Talk through the service with usNo. This upgrade does not make the case private, confidential or sealed. The judgment is public. When court processes allow, the SSCA is not part of the initial judgment filing, but the court can require it or its terms to be filed, lodged or otherwise included. No particular privacy result is promised.
Additional document preparation and coordination: a Separate Settlement and Confidentiality Agreement based on your written directions and the corresponding court paperwork within the accepted scope. It is not payment for a private court record, legal advice or a guaranteed result.
No. Confidential Divorce is an optional upgrade only to suitable Complete Divorce matters. If you are currently in Super Fast, ask the team about service scope and any required change of package before assuming this work is available.
Yes. Both spouses must cooperate with the required process, sign the upgrade rider and sign the final SSCA. It is not an option for a true-default case in which the other spouse will not participate. We do not negotiate terms or settle disagreements for you.
Not at Complete enrollment and not with a Complete service payment. After the fit review, both spouses sign the rider. We then send a separate $995 invoice through your client app. Preparation begins after that invoice is paid. Interest alone does not create an agreement or a charge.
Yes, you can express interest during an active Complete case before the court enters judgment. It cannot be added after judgment entry. Contact the team to review the timing and scope; availability is not automatic.
The court’s requirements must be followed. Any additional preparation needed to file, lodge or otherwise submit the SSCA or its terms is outside both the $995 upgrade and the Complete service fee. We explain any available work in a separate written quote and obtain your written authorization before starting. Sealing and redaction requests are not included.
Yes. Even if it is not initially filed, the SSCA may need to be disclosed for enforcement, a court order or subpoena, or other circumstances such as a lender, title company, tax authority or estate matter. It is not permanently confidential.
No. Required disclosures between spouses and required court filings still apply. The upgrade cannot be used to hide assets, debts or information that must be disclosed. Ask an attorney about your legal obligations.
If we decline the upgrade after the fit review, we do not invoice or collect the $995. If that fee was already collected before the decline, it is refunded in full. After acceptance and preparation begin, the fee covers work performed; a later court requirement to submit the agreement does not itself undo that work. Cancellation and statutory refund rights remain governed by the contract and applicable law. Read the complete service terms
No. It does not shorten court processing or California’s minimum waiting period for ending a marriage. QDRO/DRO drafting is not included; a required retirement-division order is separate work and must be handled through the appropriate professional and process.
We can explain the work, price and administrative process, and review service scope. We cannot recommend this legal arrangement, tell you whether a term is fair or enforceable, or give legal, tax or financial advice. A licensed California family law attorney can advise on those decisions. Explore legal resources
