Human. Simple. Finished.™

CALIFORNIA DIVORCE & LEGAL SEPARATION

Divorce paperwork.
From start to finish—fast.

Your decisions. Our document work.
From your phone.

We prepare your divorce paperwork, help with filing, and keep the steps organized—with a real team you can reach. No office appointment required.

Court appearances may still be required. Some signatures or court steps may need another method.

REAL CLIENTS. THEIR OWN WORDS.

Before you choose us,
hear from people who have.

“They made a stressful situation feel manageable.” — Leslie M., Google review excerpt

TWO OPTIONS. ONE CLEAR NEXT STEP.

Which sounds like your case?

Both work with or without children. Choose by the paperwork you need—not simply whether you have already filed.

SIMPLE TERMS

Super Fast Divorce®

Simple terms.
Straightforward paperwork.

$1,799 paid in full

Or 3 × $649 · $1,947 total

  • With agreement—or an eligible default if your spouse does not respond
  • Service coordination throughout the U.S.—including a spouse in jail or prison
  • With or without children
  • Simple, already-decided custody terms
  • Bank accounts, belongings and vehicles
  • Pets
  • Eligible new or existing cases
  • Phone-based document support
Spouse won’t sign? Serving the papers?

A spouse’s refusal to sign does not automatically prevent a divorce. An eligible default may proceed after proper service and the required court steps. Super Fast Divorce® may fit when the document work stays within its simple scope.

We coordinate with you to arrange standard service of process throughout the U.S. Private process-server and other outside charges may be separate. An actively disputed case may require an attorney.

Spouse in jail or prison?

You may still qualify for Super Fast Divorce®. If your spouse’s location is known and your paperwork fits this package, we coordinate with you to arrange service at the jail or prison, subject to the facility’s procedures. Outside service fees may apply.

Not included

Support orders · Detailed parenting schedules · Real estate · Retirement division · Businesses · Crypto

Can’t find your spouse?

You may still have a path forward. Complete Divorce™ includes document preparation for requesting service by publication or posting when your spouse’s location is unknown, within your accepted service scope.

You must document your efforts to find your spouse. The court decides whether to allow publication or posting; posting has additional eligibility requirements. These are ways to serve the papers—not a shortcut around the remaining divorce steps. Newspaper, court and other outside charges are separate.

Know the limits

*Scope reviewed before acceptance. Separate pension orders, valuation and legal/tax advice are not included.

Both serve eligible uncontested divorce or legal separation. Court and outside costs are separate. Neither service includes legal advice, tax advice, valuation or QDRO/DRO drafting. Applications are reviewed before acceptance.

Payment details & service limits

Paid-in-full prices apply at enrollment. The service balance must be paid before judgment work begins. Your signed agreement controls the accepted work, revision rounds and service stages. Changed instructions or additional work may cost extra. Do not leave out assets or support needs to fit a lower-priced service.

IN BOTH SERVICES

A real team.
An organized process.
No office visit required.

Prepare + check

We prepare your accepted documents and check for missing information, signatures and inconsistencies before filing. You review the papers before signing. This is procedural document review—not legal advice.

File + stay connected

When your active file is ready, we electronically file where available. Use your client app to share documents, review requests, sign supported documents and message our team.

We coordinate with you to arrange standard service of process throughout the U.S. when suitable. This coordination is included. Court fees, private process servers and other outside costs may be separate.

Support through judgment

We help move the included paperwork stages forward and address court-requested corrections within your agreed scope. We do not leave you to figure out the next included document step alone.

Changed instructions, extra revisions or additional work may cost more. The signed agreement controls your service; this is not an unlimited-corrections or court-acceptance guarantee.

We move the paperwork forward. The court controls approval and timing.

Joint Petition. File together.Know the differences before you begin.

A joint petition is a specific court procedure—not simply another name for an agreed divorce. Eligibility, financial disclosures and filing requirements matter.

What’s on your mind?

Already filed, just researching or unsure where to start? Open only what matters to you.

Already filed—or received rejected papers?

Bring the court’s notice and your existing documents. We can review procedural document issues and determine the work we can accept. Existing cases may fit either package; extensive corrections or legal issues may need different help.

My spouse won’t participate.

You can start a divorce without your spouse’s agreement. If your spouse does not respond after proper service, a default process may be available; court requirements still apply. Nonparticipation does not automatically make a case simple or eligible for a package.

California Courts: no response Ask about our document services
I’m only thinking about divorce.

You don’t need to start an application today. Explore the process, collect your questions and get legal advice when you need help deciding your rights or options.

Do I need mediation or an attorney?

A mediator may help you discuss unresolved terms. An attorney can advise and represent you. Our document service does neither. Get individual legal help for safety concerns, disputed rights or urgent deadlines.

Confidential Divorce: what does it mean?

An optional additional agreement-document service available only with Complete Divorce™. Both spouses must participate and sign. It does not seal your case or guarantee that terms stay out of court records.

What can AI help me with?

Organizing questions and explaining general terms. It can also be wrong. Don’t rely on it for legal decisions or upload sensitive case information without understanding the privacy risks.

Why pay for help if I can do it myself?

You can use free court resources and prepare your own forms. Our value is a real team organizing and preparing the accepted document work, explaining requests and keeping the included steps moving—not a promise of a court result.
