California divorce or legal separation paperwork. More details, clearly handled.
Children, support, property, or a case already started can mean more paperwork. For divorce or legal separation, Complete Divorce™ gives you broader document preparation, up to three combined rounds of draft changes, and a real team to keep the included steps organized.
You make the legal decisions. We prepare your selected documents from your facts and written directions.
Compare with Super Fast Divorce®Fast Divorce® is a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant service, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice or represent you. You represent yourself. I am not an attorney. I can only provide self help services at your specific direction.
Complete may fit when you want help preparing more detailed paperwork for an uncontested California divorce or legal separation, including:
You do not need children or a house to choose Complete. A straightforward matter may also fit if you prefer its broader revision allowance. We confirm the requested work is within our scope before accepting it.
If you need help deciding terms, understanding rights, resolving a disagreement, or responding to an urgent legal issue, speak with a licensed attorney. A mediator can help willing spouses discuss terms. Those services are separate from Complete.

We prepare, type, assemble, and format the selected documents within your accepted service, using your information and written instructions.
Complete can cover already-decided parenting and support terms, property and debt detail, real-estate and retirement information, and accepted work on an existing case. We do not value property, give tax advice, or prepare QDROs or other retirement-plan division orders.
We coordinate the included submission and standard service steps at your direction. Special service, publication, court, and vendor costs are separate unless your signed records expressly include them.
Send all requested changes for a round together. We apply them in one pass and return the revised draft. The allowance covers work within the accepted scope.
After acceptance and your invitation, use your Client Portal app or browser to see tasks, send information, review drafts, approve documents, and message our team.
We prepare and coordinate the included judgment work once requirements are met and your account is paid in full. If judgment is entered during regular active processing and closeout, we coordinate the included certified-copy request: one certified copy for a true-default judgment, or two for an agreed or joint judgment package signed by both spouses. Extra, special, or later requests and costs outside the allowance are separate.
Complete describes the service scope. It does not guarantee a judgment, unlimited revisions, or every service a divorce or legal separation might require.
We prepare accepted support paperwork from your information and written directions. We cannot tell you what to request, accept, or waive. Ask a licensed attorney about support amounts and the legal effect of support terms. Calculation work is not automatically included; any such work must be confirmed in your accepted service scope.
Disclose those interests so we can review the requested work. Complete can include real-estate and retirement information and more detailed property/debt paperwork within scope. It does not include automatic deed preparation, property valuation, tax advice, QDRO/DRO drafting, or legal advice about dividing assets. A business or complicated investment is not automatically included because the package is called Complete.

the document preparation and administrative work in your accepted service, checks for missing information and document issues, drafts for your review, included filing/service coordination, and clear requests for the next step.
what it accepts, what must be filed, whether fees are waived, what orders it makes, and when the case can finish.
Complete can support an agreed matter or an accepted true-default matter. These are different processes.
In an agreed matter, you and your spouse supply the terms you have decided and sign the required papers. We do not negotiate those terms for you.
In a true default, the case proceeds without a Response or settlement agreement from the other spouse, subject to valid service, court requirements, and the actual case status. A spouse's silence is not agreement, and a missed response deadline does not make you divorced.
If your spouse responds, disputes arise, or the requested work changes, we review the effect on scope. Complete does not include contested litigation or court representation.
The regular FL-100 petition process may lead to an agreed judgment or a default judgment, depending on the case. The FL-700 joint petition lets both spouses start together. It still requires financial-disclosure steps, a final agreement, and judgment paperwork.
Either service may support either starting path when the facts fit its scope. You choose the legal path; Fast Divorce does not choose forms or legal options for you. A true default is not a way to finish an unchanged joint petition without the other spouse's agreement.
Understand joint petitions and regular petitions
Choosing Complete, Super Fast, or a joint petition does not shorten California's minimum waiting period for ending a marriage. Court processing may take longer.
OPTIONAL · COMPLETE DIVORCE™ ONLY
If you and your spouse want additional agreement paperwork prepared from your own decisions, explore Confidential Divorce™—an optional $995 document-preparation upgrade available only with Complete Divorce™.
Learn what the upgrade includes, what may still need to be filed, and its limits before you choose.
The name is not a privacy promise. Confidential Divorce™ does not make your divorce private, confidential or sealed. Courts control required filings and public access.
You can return to Complete Divorce to start your application. The upgrade is optional—not a separate package.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
$999 × 3
Complete Divorce™ standard service fee: $2,997. Three monthly payments of $999. The first is due at enrollment; the next two dates appear in your signed payment schedule. No installment interest, finance charge, or surcharge is added under this plan.
PAID IN FULL AT ENROLLMENT
$2,799
Pay in full at enrollment: $2,799. This includes a $198 discount from the standard service fee. Both payment choices receive the same Complete service scope.
Separate costs: court filing fees, electronic filing/provider charges, private or special service, publication/posting and newspaper charges, mailing/courier costs, and other court, government, or vendor expenses unless your signed records expressly include them. We identify applicable charges before you authorize them.
Additional work: an extra Complete revision round may be offered for $295. It is not automatic. Other work outside the accepted scope requires a separate written quote or agreement. Your package is not upgraded without your authorization.
Payment and judgment work: your account must be paid in full before we prepare, assemble, review, finalize, or submit the judgment package. We notify you of outstanding amounts. Your cancellation and refund rights still apply.
Fee-waiver help: if requested, we can prepare a court fee-waiver request from your information. The court decides whether to grant it. A court fee waiver does not waive the Fast Divorce service fee.
You, the applicant, may cancel your service agreement as described in your LDA Contract. The contract explains your 24-hour cancellation right after you and Fast Divorce sign, any permitted charges for work performed with your required consent, and other cancellation and refund rights. Your cancellation right does not depend on your spouse signing or participating.
Send your written request through your Client Portal or to hello@fastdivorce.com. A billing dispute does not itself cancel services or erase a valid balance. Work may pause under the agreement. Your lawful billing-dispute and refund rights remain intact.
Provide the initial information about your case and the document help you want. This first application does not collect payment or complete your service contract.
Our team reviews your answers and requested work. If the work fits, we explain the required notices, service agreements and payment instructions before you decide whether to proceed. Applying does not mean the matter is accepted or that anything has been filed with a court.
After acceptance, we send your Client Portal invitation and first tasks. You can work through the app or a browser. Your spouse receives separate access only after the required participation and onboarding steps.
You supply directions and approve drafts. We coordinate the accepted document work, filing/service steps, and active closeout. Required signatures, court appearances, or outside professional help may still be needed.
No introductory call is required. If the application raises a question, our team follows up. Human support: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Pacific. Portal messages can be sent at any time; this is not a promise of an immediate response.
You should be able to understand what you are paying for and see what is needed next. Complete brings together a defined service fee, detailed document preparation, human review, and one place for your tasks and drafts.
Founder Charlie Silva helped shape Fast Divorce’s practical, checklist-based approach to divorce and legal separation document preparation. The service keeps your decisions in your hands. Charlie is also a mediator through his separate Fresh Start Mediation practice. Mediation is not included in Fast Divorce’s LDA services, and no package promises that Charlie personally handles every step.

Both include judgment-stage paperwork within the accepted scope. Complete adds broader document work and up to three combined rounds of changes. Super Fast is for simpler facts and includes one round. Neither package guarantees that the court will enter judgment or includes unlimited help.
Yes, a straightforward matter may fit Complete. You may prefer its larger revision allowance. If your facts and paperwork fit Super Fast, compare its lower service price too. You choose the service; we review whether we can accept the requested work.
It means sending all requested changes for that round together. We apply them in one pass and return a revised draft. Complete includes up to three rounds for work within scope. Piecemeal messages do not create extra included rounds. An additional round may be offered for $295; broader changes may need a different quote.
A true-default matter may fit if the required service and court steps can be completed and the work remains within scope. Silence is not consent. A Response, military protections, an unknown address, or a dispute can change the process. We cannot promise a default or tell you to seek one as legal advice.
Complete may support a client-selected FL-700 joint petition within scope. A joint petition begins the case together; it does not finish it or remove disclosure and judgment requirements. California's court process permits spouses to work toward final agreement after filing, but Fast Divorce does not negotiate terms. Its service requires your own decisions and directions for the documents being prepared.
Not necessarily. We first need the filed papers, current case information, and any court return notice. Existing cases go through review; missing steps, changed directions, or legal problems can affect what we can accept. Paying for Complete does not guarantee that every correction or unfinished task is included.
California generally requires at least six months before marital status can end. For the regular petition process, the statutory starting point is service of the summons and petition or the respondent's appearance, whichever occurs first; for a joint petition, the court guidance measures from filing. Judgment and its effective date still matter. Missing information and court processing can take longer. Neither service buys an earlier legal end date.
Choose Complete when you want its broader document scope and revision support for a matter we can accept. See the price, read the agreements, and start from your phone.
