Accessibility
Fast Divorce is committed to making our information and services accessible to people with disabilities. If you have difficulty using our website, an online service step, or a document we provide, please contact us for help.
Get accessibility help
Email hello@fastdivorce.com or call or text (818) 610-3392. Our phone and team support hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific. Charlie coordinates accessibility requests with our team.
Our staff can help by phone and provide documents in a readable format. Tell us what you need to access and which communication method or document format works for you so we can discuss an effective way to help.
Tell us about a barrier
Please tell us which page, document, or service step you were using and what prevented you from completing it. If possible, include the page address and the help you need. Details about your browser or assistive technology are useful but optional.
Tell us how and when it is safe to contact you, including whether we may leave a voicemail. You do not need to share a diagnosis to report a website barrier. Please do not include private case documents, Social Security numbers, payment details, or medical records in your initial email or text. If more information is needed, our team will explain an appropriate way to provide it.
Our accessibility target
Our goal is to make our website usable in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines address matters such as keyboard navigation, readable text, clear forms, and compatibility with assistive technology. We review reported barriers and use that information to prioritize accessibility improvements.
Online tools and documents
Some steps in our services use online tools provided by other companies. If you encounter a barrier in an application, payment step, signing process, or client portal, contact us. Our team can help identify the next step and work with the provider when needed.
Current clients should continue to use their individual portal invitation for case communications and document delivery. If you cannot access or use your portal, call or text us for assistance. You do not need to sign in to report an accessibility problem.
If a document we provide is difficult to read or use, let us know the document name and the format you need. Our staff can provide readable documents and discuss how to make the information accessible to you.
Visiting our office
Office visits are by appointment. If you need assistance accessing an appointment, please contact us so we can discuss your needs before your visit.
Our service role
Fast Divorce is a California Legal Document Assistant service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or represent you in court. You make your own legal decisions and represent yourself. Accessibility assistance helps you access our information and services; it does not change that role.
