What does your Orange County document service cost?
Super Fast Divorce® is $1,799 paid in full. Complete Divorce™ is $2,799 paid in full. The right service depends on the document work. Court fees and outside costs are separate. Payment-plan totals are shown above; existing-case work is reviewed before a price is confirmed.
Compare the two services
Do children, a home or retirement automatically mean a higher price?
Children alone do not automatically require the higher-priced service. Simple agreed parenting terms may fit Super Fast Divorce®. Real estate, retirement division and more detailed terms require different document work. Compare the service scope, or ask us before choosing.
Why pay for help if the forms are free?
The forms are free. Preparing, checking, filing and following up take work. You can explore doing it yourself in our Resource Center, or hire us for the document work within your chosen service.

Do you handle Orange County court filing and follow-up?
Yes. Filing is included in your service. We e-file where accepted and coordinate required paper filings, track court responses, and handle included corrections with you. Orange County currently excludes original judgments from e-filing. The court—not our team—controls its review and approval.
What if the court asks for a correction?
Court-requested corrections to our covered document work are included without another preparation charge. New instructions, additional work or outside costs may be separate. We explain changes before proceeding.
Can I do this remotely? What if my spouse is elsewhere?
You can apply, share information, access documents and message us through your client app. No routine office visit is required. Some signatures or court steps may need another method. For accepted California cases, we coordinate standard service throughout the U.S.; outside charges may be separate.
What if I already filed or my papers were returned?
We review your existing documents and court notices before confirming the next document work and price. Already-filed cases are not automatically assigned to the more expensive package.
Can you speed up the Orange County court’s decision?
No. Fast describes our preparation and follow-through—not special access to the court. Orange County Superior Court controls processing and approval, and California’s divorce waiting period still applies. Judgment entry and the date your marriage ends are not necessarily the same.
Are you a law firm?
No. Fast Divorce is a California Legal Document Assistant service. We prepare documents at your direction and provide permitted self-help support. We cannot give legal advice or represent you in court. You make the legal decisions and represent yourself.
Do you use AI with my information?
We use AI-assisted tools to help organize information and check details. Some identifying, financial or case information may be processed by AI. Our team remains responsible for human review; AI does not replace it. Read our disclosure before sharing sensitive information.
How we use AI and what to know Client-app access and messaging on the go do not mean 24/7 live replies.
What if I cancel or need a different service?
Contact us promptly. We explain completed work, approved outside costs and how cancellation, an upgrade or a downgrade will be handled under your signed agreement and applicable law.
