Fast Divorce® is a Legal Document Assistant service, not a law firm. You make the legal decisions and represent yourself. We prepare documents at your specific direction and do not give legal advice or represent you in court.

For divorce or legal separation, both services include work through the judgment stage within the scope we accept. Your information, decisions, and signatures move the paperwork forward. The court controls its requirements, decisions and timing.

2 Apply online for our review
Tell us about your situation and the document help you need. No payment or service-contract signature is collected in this first application.
What we do. What you do.
We do: We review your answers and requested service. If the work fits, we explain the required notices, agreements and payment instructions before you decide whether to proceed.
You do: Give accurate information and respond if we need clarification. Review and complete the separate service records only when they are provided.
What can cause a wait: Missing answers, an unclear case history or a scope question may require follow-up. Later enrollment can also wait for required records, signatures or payment.
Your human support: Our team contacts you if something needs clarification and confirms whether we can accept the requested work.
Confirmation of receipt does not mean your matter is accepted, a court case is filed, or a divorce or legal separation is approved. If we cannot accept your selected service, we explain the available options and handle any refund under your contract and applicable law. A different service requires your authorization.
3 Get organized in your Client Portal
After acceptance, your invitation to the Fast Divorce Client Portal, powered by Clio, gives you a place to see tasks, share requested information and message our team.

We do: We help you get started and request the records needed for the accepted work.
You do: Activate your individual access in the app or browser, check your tasks, and provide complete records and written directions.
What can cause a wait: Missing documents, incomplete financial information, or unanswered tasks can hold up the next step.
Your human support: Our team helps with access and explains what information is still needed.
Use your own login. A spouse who chooses to participate completes their own required agreements before receiving separate access. Direct contact with your spouse requires your written authorization.

4 Review your papers and complete the required steps
We turn your information and decisions into the documents included in your service.
What we do. What you do.
We do: We prepare the selected papers, check for missing information and document issues, and coordinate included filing and any required delivery of court papers to your spouse, called service. We also prepare the accepted financial disclosures: required information about income, expenses, property, and debts.
You do: Read drafts carefully, send each round of requested changes together, approve and sign, and complete your disclosure and other tasks.
What can cause a wait: Missing signatures, required delivery steps, incomplete financial information, changed instructions, or paperwork sent back by the court can affect progress.
Your human support: A team member checks the paperwork before included submissions and helps address papers the court sends back for correction, within the accepted scope.
Your service includes a defined revision allowance. Extra work or a change in scope is discussed with you before it is accepted.
5 Complete the judgment stage and save your records
We carry the included paperwork through the final stage and help you keep the records that matter.
Before this stage begins: Your entire account balance, including service installments and authorized outside costs, must be zero before judgment preparation, assembly, review, quality checks, finalization or submission begins.
What we do. What you do.
We do: We prepare the judgment papers asking the court for its final decision, coordinate submission, and track court processing. If judgment is entered during active processing, we deliver the available final records and coordinate the included certified-copy request under your agreement.
You do: Review and sign the final papers, respond to any remaining requests, and download your records. For divorce, check the date your marriage legally ends on the court documents.
What can cause a wait: Missing requirements, court review or requested corrections can delay this stage.
Your human support: A team member reviews the judgment package before submission and communicates about final delivery or remaining paperwork.
Portal access may close 10 calendar days after the service-file completion or closure notice. Save your records promptly. You remain responsible for carrying out the judgment and arranging any separate services it requires.

More detailed uncontested divorce or legal separation paperwork, such as support documents, detailed parenting terms or property information, within the scope we accept. Up to three combined rounds of draft changes.

Standard service fee$2,9973 monthly payments of $999

Standard service fee: $2,997, paid in three monthly payments of $999. Or pay $2,799 in full at enrollment, with a $198 discount.

Explore Complete Divorce™

Court and third-party costs are separate unless your signed records expressly include them. Your agreement defines the work, revision allowance, and any additional charges. The full account balance must be paid before the judgment stage begins.
