What will I need to do?
You provide complete facts and your legal decisions, review the drafts, sign, and respond to tasks. Our team prepares and coordinates the accepted paperwork at your direction. The FAQ explains what happens before, during, and after the service.
Bring the filed documents and any court return notices when requested. We review what is already on file and what work remains before accepting the matter. A review from someone with an existing case does not establish which package fits yours.

For straightforward uncontested paperwork when you have made your legal decisions and the requested work fits the package. A new case or a case already filed may qualify after scope review.
For more detailed uncontested paperwork, such as support documents, detailed parenting terms, property information, or more involved work in an existing case, when accepted within the package. The service follows your decisions and written directions.
Both services provide document assistance. Neither includes legal advice, negotiation, or court representation. More detailed paperwork does not make the service a substitute for an attorney. QDRO/DRO drafting and legal, tax, and valuation advice are outside our LDA services.
If you need help deciding your legal terms or understanding your rights, speak with a California attorney or court self-help center. You can return to us for a review of the document work after making your decisions.
Questions worth asking before you decide
Does a review guarantee how quickly my divorce will finish?
No. Reviews describe individual experiences. The required court steps, waiting period, your facts, complete documents, and court review affect timing. Fast Divorce cannot promise a completion date or outcome.
Are reviews about the same packages available today?
Not always. Services and processes can change over time. Use the current Super Fast Divorce® and Complete Divorce™ pages and your signed agreement to understand today's scope and costs.
What if I have questions after reading?
