SUPPORT YOU CAN FEEL

The details matter.
So does how you feel.

The kind of reassurance people describe.

“They were always kind, responsive, and clear with every step of the process. I truly felt supported and informed the whole time.”

THAT SOUNDS LIKE ME

A life has details.
Let’s make room for yours.

More to document does not have to mean doing it alone. Start with what is on your mind.

A LIFE BUILT TOGETHER

“We agree. We have a home to account for.”

More to put in writing. Not more to figure out alone.

What this means for your paperwork

We prepare the accepted property documents from your information and agreed directions. Deed preparation requires specific scope confirmation. Valuation and legal or tax advice are not included.

THIS IS WHAT MORE SUPPORT MEANS

Not just more forms.
More room to work through them.

Broader preparation. Human review.
And space for your draft changes.

3Up to three combined
rounds of draft changes

Review. Gather your changes. Refine.
Then approve and sign.

01

The detail your situation calls for.

Accepted work on more detailed agreed property, retirement, parenting or support documents. We confirm the work before you commit.

02

Questions do not end at the first draft.

Use your client app to review documents and ask our team about the process. Up to three combined rounds of changes give you room to refine the accepted work.

03

We stay with the covered next steps.

Covered filing, standard U.S. service coordination, court follow-up and court-requested corrections to covered work are part of the service.

More revision capacity—not unlimited changes, legal advice or a set number of consultation hours. Different paperwork. The same care in both packages.

A SHARED PROCESS. A CLEAR NEXT STEP.

You bring the decisions.
We bring the document work.

If something is missing or needs clarification, we tell you what is needed so the work can move forward.

Send messages anytime. Team replies during support hours: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Pacific. No routine office visit is needed; court or other requirements may call for additional steps.

THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF HELP

Less to document?
There is a place for that, too.

You should understand the difference—not feel pushed toward the higher price.

Know the full cost before you start

Court fees and outside costs are separate unless expressly included. Court and provider charges, private or special service, publication, notarization, translation, mailing and copies outside written allowances may apply. A court fee waiver does not cover our service fee or every outside cost.

Complete includes up to three combined client-requested revision rounds. An extra round may be offered for $295 with separate authorization. New work or a change in scope needs a separate agreement when available.

What “Complete” does not automatically include

Legal advice, negotiation, mediation, court representation, valuation, tax advice, QDROs or other retirement-plan division orders are not included. Deed preparation, support calculations, business and complex-investment work require specific scope confirmation. The package name does not mean unlimited services.

Before any judgment work: the entire account balance must be zero, including authorized outside costs—before preparation, assembly, review, quality checks, finalization or submission.

We confirm the accepted scope before enrollment. Children, your occupation or an existing case alone do not determine the package. An application is not acceptance or a court filing.

WHY PUT THE WORK IN OUR HANDS?

Not a download.
A team that follows through.

Free court forms are available. What you hire us for is the organized work around them: preparation, human checks, covered filing and the follow-up that keeps you informed.

FAST DOES NOT MEAN RUSHED

Move the paperwork.
Respect the process.

Complete adds room for the details—not priority with the court.

3–5 business days

Typical preparation after all requested information and documents arrive, subject to case steps, complexity and payment status.

Human reviewbefore filing

We check the covered work, coordinate your review and signatures, and handle the accepted filing steps.

Ending a California marriage has a minimum waiting period. A judgment may be entered earlier with a later marriage-end date. Hiring us does not start the clock.

How is Complete different from Super Fast?

Both include human preparation and review, client-app support, covered filing and court follow-up. Super Fast is for more straightforward accepted work with one combined round of draft changes. Complete has broader accepted document work and up to three combined rounds. Children or an existing case alone do not determine the service. A simpler matter may choose Complete for the larger revision allowance.

Does Complete mean every possible divorce service is included?

No. “Complete” is the package name, not a promise of unlimited work. Your signed agreement defines the accepted documents, revision allowance and any outside costs. Legal advice, negotiation, mediation, court representation, valuation, tax advice and QDROs or other retirement-plan division orders are not included. Deeds, support calculations and business or complex-investment work require specific scope confirmation.

When do I pay?

No payment is collected in the initial Complete application. We review the requested scope and explain the service agreement and payment options. The service fee is $2,799 paid in full or three monthly payments of $999, totaling $2,997. The first installment is due at enrollment; later dates follow your signed schedule. Your entire account, including authorized outside costs, must be paid before any judgment preparation, assembly, review, quality check, finalization or submission.

What does a “combined round of changes” mean?

Review your drafts and gather your requested changes into one list. We work through that list as one round within the accepted scope. Complete includes up to three rounds. A further round may be offered for $295 with separate authorization. New requests or a change in scope are different from revisions and require a separate agreement when available. Court-requested corrections to covered work are included separately.

What if we are not agreeing on everything?

We do not negotiate or decide your terms. An actively contested issue may need a mediator or a licensed attorney. Some eligible cases involving a spouse who does not participate may fit an accepted default process; nonresponse is not consent or automatic approval. Tell us the full situation so we can review the requested document work.

Does a pension, union benefit or 401(k) need a separate order?

It may. Tell us about all retirement benefits, including through a union, county, school district or other employer. Divorce paperwork involving retirement information is different from a QDRO or other plan-division order. Neither package includes those separate orders. Obtain appropriate legal advice about your rights and any additional orders required.

How quickly can you prepare the paperwork?

Typically 3–5 business days after we receive all requested information and documents, subject to required case steps, complexity and payment status. Fast means prompt and organized—not incomplete or rushed. Court processing is separate. The minimum six-month waiting period for ending a California marriage does not begin just because you hire us. A judgment may be entered earlier with a later marriage-end date.

What if the court asks for corrections?

We coordinate the information needed from you and correct court-requested issues in work covered by your package at no additional service charge. Additional documents or work outside the accepted scope are different and require separate written authorization if offered. Court acceptance, decisions and timing are not guaranteed.

Can you help with court filing fees?

Yes. Preparation of a court fee-waiver request is included in both packages at no additional service charge. The court decides whether you qualify and which fees to waive. A waiver does not cover our service fee or all outside expenses.

Can I work with you without office or court visits?

No routine office visit is needed. Your client app keeps documents, messages and tasks together. Electronic signatures and filing are used where accepted. Court, service, signature or notarization requirements may call for another step; a judge may require an in-person appearance. We do not appear as your attorney. Send messages anytime; support hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Pacific.

Can Complete help with legal separation instead of divorce?

Yes, when the requested work fits the accepted scope. Legal separation does not end the marriage and has no divorce six-month waiting period. It is not simply living apart. We do not advise whether divorce or legal separation is right for your beliefs, benefits or finances; a licensed attorney can explain the consequences.

What happens if I need to change or cancel the service?

Contact us promptly. Cancellation, refunds, changes in scope and additional work follow your signed LDA Contract, service agreement, cancellation notices and applicable law. Review those documents before signing and paying. We do not automatically add work or charge an upgrade just because your circumstances change.
