A few useful answers

Before you open a file.

Is this library legal advice?

No. It provides general educational and informational resources. Fast Divorce is not a law firm and does not tell you which forms to use or how to answer legal questions. You make your own choices about completing and filing documents.

Are the PDFs fillable?

92 resources contain editable fields, including some information sheets with checklists or worksheets. The other 11 are information-only. The field values and appearances passed automated fill, save and reopen checks.

Download a copy and open it in a PDF application that supports forms. Save it and reopen it to confirm your entries. Actual iPhone, Android and desktop Adobe interaction tests are still pending. FL-150, FW-001 and FL-810 require you to calculate and check totals yourself.

Does this include every form for my case?

No single library can determine the forms your case requires. The catalog includes common documents and conditional resources. Your court may require local forms. Official court self-help resources can explain available procedures; an attorney can advise you about your situation.

Is downloading a resource the same as hiring Fast Divorce?

No. Accessing a free resource does not engage Fast Divorce to prepare documents, give advice or represent you. Any document preparation service has a separate scope, agreement and fee.

Can I fill a form on this website?

The search finds resources; it does not complete a court form for you. Use “Open PDF” or download the PDF to enter information in a compatible PDF application. This hub does not receive your completed forms or the answers you enter in a downloaded copy.

Do I file the last information page?

No. Each download includes one Fast Divorce information page at the end. Remove or exclude that page from any court submission. The form details state its page number. A PDF viewer may ignore suggested print ranges, so check the final document before filing.

Why are there different revision dates?

Forms are updated at different times. An older date can still be the current official revision. The revision date identifies the document; the source-check date records when the library compared its catalog with the official source.
