California divorce + legal separation

Help with your divorce or legal separation paperwork.

You make the choices. We prepare the papers from your facts and directions. Compare our two services, see the cost, and find your next step.

For uncontested matters within the scope we accept. We do not settle disagreements or tell you which legal choices to make.

Talk to a Real Person

Fast Divorce is a California Legal Document Assistant service, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice or represent you in court. You represent yourself.

I am not an attorney. I can only provide self help services at your specific direction.

Compare your options

Two services. Clear prices.

Both services include the document work we accept through the judgment stage. That is the paperwork for the court's final decision. The main differences are the detail involved and the rounds of draft changes.

The price covers the service work we accept. Court fees and third-party costs are separate unless your signed records include them.

Paying in full at enrollment includes the discount shown. The monthly plan covers the same service as paying in full. A credit card on file is required for the monthly plan, with payments 2 and 3 charged automatically on the dates in your signed schedule.

Good questions

A few things to know

Read more FAQ’s →
Can you tell me which legal option to choose?

No. We can explain our services, prices, and process. A licensed attorney can advise you about your legal choices. We prepare papers at your specific direction.

Do both services include the final papers?

Yes, within the scope we accept. Both include judgment papers and case closeout work. Your full account balance must be paid before judgment work begins. The court decides whether to accept the papers.

What is a round of draft changes?

You send your changes together so we can make them in one pass. Super Fast includes one round. Complete includes up to three. Changes must stay within the accepted scope.

Does paying more make the court finish sooner?

No. Complete covers more detailed document work and more rounds of changes. Neither service controls the court's timing or guarantees an outcome.

What if we still disagree?

We do not give legal advice, negotiate, or settle disputes. A lawyer can advise you. A mediator can help willing spouses discuss terms. Those services are separate from our document service.
