Fast Divorce SMS/Text Messaging Policy
Effective Date: April 8, 2025
Fast Divorce offers text message (SMS) communications to keep you informed, supported, and on track as you move through your divorce. These terms explain how we use text messaging, what you’re agreeing to, and how to opt out.
- What You’re Opting Into
By providing your phone number and opting in (e.g., by checking a box, submitting a form, or replying “YES” to our messages), you agree to receive SMS messages from Fast Divorce about:
- Case updates and deadlines
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Intake and document follow-ups
- Special promotions or offers
- Customer satisfaction and review requests
We only send messages related to your relationship with Fast Divorce. No spam. No sharing your number with third parties for marketing.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency may vary depending on your case.
2. Super Fast Divorce – Joint Consent
When you hire Fast Divorce for a Super Fast Divorce, you confirm that:
- Both spouses agree to use our service
- You are authorized to provide your spouse’s contact info
- Both parties consent to receive text messages related to your case
We are not responsible for unauthorized disclosure if one party submits shared contact information for an uncontested case.
3. How to Stop Receiving Texts
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying:
- STOP – to unsubscribe
- HELP – for support
Unsubscribing won’t affect your access to our services—you’ll still get updates through your customer portal.
- Privacy and Data Use
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and personal data are protected and used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. We do not sell or rent your personal information, ever.
