File Together™ track

File Together™ VIP

Our most complete, concierge way to finish an agreed California divorce — including settlement agreement drafting, disclosures completed from your answers (1 revision), support paperwork (if elected), and court filing management through your secure Client Portal.

What’s included in VIP

1) Disclosures completed from your answers

We can complete both spouses’ disclosure forms from your detailed answers (up to 1 disclosure revision). You still control the numbers and remain legally responsible for full, honest disclosures.

2) A personalized written settlement agreement (MSA/SSCA)

We draft your Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) and/or Separate Settlement & Confidentiality Agreement (SSCA) based fully on what you and your spouse decide.

3) More revision coverage

VIP includes up to 5 MSA/judgment revisions (so you can refine terms before final submission).

4) Support paperwork included (if elected)

Child‑support calculation and order paperwork are included; if you elect it, mutually agreed spousal‑support order paperwork is included. Guideline tools are numerical tools only, not legal advice, and do not guarantee what any court will order.

5) ALL‑IN fees + certified judgments

VIP includes required first‑paper court fee(s) and standard EFSP charges for opening and first judgment submission, plus two certified judgments (one per spouse).

What is not included: No legal advice or representation. No court appearances. No contested litigation, hearings, or trials. No QDRO/DRO drafting, sealing/redaction motions, or tax advice. Third‑party costs not expressly included (e.g., publication/newspaper, special couriers, extra certified copies beyond those included) remain your responsibility.

Optional: Confidential Divorce™ handling (VIP‑only)

Where legally permitted and if both spouses elect it, we may structure your case so a shorter public Judgment is filed, while a more detailed private agreement (SSCA/MSA) is generally not filed unless needed for enforcement or ordered.

 Important privacy reality check:

Court records are generally public. No guarantee of sealed or secret records; only a judge can order sealing.

Custody and child‑support orders remain public and cannot live only in a private agreement.

Some or all of the private agreement may need to be filed later if there is a dispute or enforcement issue.

VIP clients who elect this sign a Confidential Divorce™ Handling Acknowledgment & Election.

How VIP works

  1. Book a 15‑Minute Fit Check to confirm you’re in an agreed/cooperative lane and understand what’s included.
  2. Enroll + Portal access: intake, uploads, approvals, e‑sign, invoices/receipts, and final documents live in your Portal (official delivery).
  3. You both answer the guided questionnaire. We build disclosures + agreement drafts from your answers.
  4. Draft → review → approve: we post drafts for review; you confirm the terms (you decide everything).
  5. We e‑file and manage clerk follow‑through (routine technical fixes when needed), and submit the judgment package.
  6. Finals posted in the Portal including certified judgments when issued/processed.

Courts control timing and acceptance of filings; California has a six‑month statutory minimum to final status.

Is File Together™ VIP right for you?

They have kids and want a calm, complete process. They want support paperwork included (if elected), ALL‑IN opening costs, and the option of a privacy‑forward document structure where legally allowed.

FAQ

Are you a law firm?

No. Fast Divorce® is a registered & bonded California Legal Document Assistant (LDA) service. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. You self‑represent.

Do you tell us what we should agree to?

No. That would be legal advice. You decide the terms; we prepare and file the paperwork you choose. If you need advice, consult a licensed attorney or mediator.

Is VIP “sealed” or “secret”?

No one can promise that. Court records are generally public unless a judge orders otherwise. VIP may include Confidential Divorce™ handling (privacy‑forward structure where legally permitted), but there is no guarantee of sealed records.

How fast is this?

We move as efficiently as possible on our end, but courts control timing and acceptance of filings, and California has a six‑month minimum to final status.

Do we have to go to court?

Many uncontested cases are handled through paperwork. But Fast Divorce® does not appear in court, and if the court requires an appearance, you self‑represent.
